Peg Duros, LCSW

Peg Duros, LCSW is the Clinical Director of the Center for Contextual Change. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois and completed post graduate training in marital and family therapy at the Institute for Juvenile Research. Since 1978, Peg has been devoted to helping families, couples and individuals to navigate their way through life cycle issues, address vulnerabilities such as mental illness and addictions, and to heal from trauma and violence. It is her belief that all people have the capacity to make some positive change and possess internal resources to do so. In partnership with her clients, Peg strives to help identify what is both constraining them from and contributing to becoming their best selves. This treatment philosophy guides Peg's Directorship at the Center.

“There is no greater privilege than to be invited to walk with another human being on their journey of self exploration and no joy greater than to bear witness to their growth and healing.” — Peg Duros
