Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Men, women, and adolescents with substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders and significant problems with mood regulation have received tremendous benefit from DBT skills training. Individual therapy in combination with group therapy has been proven to be the most effective treatment. The Center for Contextual Change has established DBT training in stages that are consistent with our Collaborative Change Model.

The need for care and connection is greater than ever during these unprecedented times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.  While we cannot meet people in person, we are currently offering secure video or phone sessions that many insurance companies have agreed to cover due to the unique circumstances.
