Anger Management Treatment

Anger is a natural emotion, but unregulated anger can be destructive. It takes a toll on the individual and those around him or her, eroding self-esteem, hurting relationships, and perpetuating feelings of disconnection, isolation, and even loneliness. Through our anger management treatment at the Center for Contextual Change, we can help you manage angry outbursts, understand your anger’s origins including unknown, underlying, painful emotions, identify healthy coping strategies, channel your anger into healthy endeavors, and enhance your communication and relationships.

The need for care and connection is greater than ever during these unprecedented times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.  While we cannot meet people in person, we are currently offering secure video or phone sessions that many insurance companies have agreed to cover due to the unique circumstances.
