All couples create negative patterns of communication that can be helpful to change. We often get angrier with our partners than we intend. We can help you address your communication issues in a safe environment.  Using our communication therapy techniques, we work to build positive listening and speaking skills so that you can be heard by your partner and learn how to ask for and get what you need. We treat both partners with equal respect regardless of gender, marital status, or offending behaviors.
