Meet Our Staff

Jessica Renner, LCPC

Jessica Renner obtained her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. After graduate school, Jessica worked in a variety of contexts including community mental health, minimum security prison, and private practice. At the Center of Contextual Change she works with adults and juveniles in individual, group, couples, and family sessions.

Through her specialization in working with adult and juvenile offenders, she developed interests and a passion for assisting clients in transitioning harmful behaviors into healthy lifestyle choices, as well as working towards early detection and prevention. She works with the families to provide support and understanding through the transformation process of their lives with their loved one.

Jessica integrates the Good Lives model, Change model, and cognitive-behavioral models to give clients a more integrated treatment experience. She believes any amount of change is possible with the right mindset and tools.  She is dedicated to providing treatment to those dealing with addictions, impulse control, anger, anxiety and other mood disorders, and sexual abuse survivors.

“One knows that the only certainty in this life is change, but believes that the change can be directed towards a constructive end.”
~Henry A. Wallace
